Replacing missing teeth by inserting titanium screws into the bone

Dental implantology consists in replacing missing or irrecoverable teeth by inserting artificial roots made of titanium screws into the bone. Thanks to cutting-edge techniques and the most sophisticated materials available today, implants can be positioned even in places where infections or time have caused the bone to reabsorb, offering, in most cases, a fixed set of teeth with excellent aesthetic results and, when possible, in a single session. Surgeries can be performed with conscious sedation in the presence of an anaesthesiologist to improve patient comfort

Immediate loading dental implantology

In this dental implant technique the fixed teeth are immediately positioned on the implants without having to wait several months as in traditional implantology. It is particularly recommended in aesthetic areas and when a whole arch must be rehabilitated. This technique guarantees extremely high comfort because, in just one session, the teeth are removed, the implants are inserted and the fixed teeth are positioned after 24 hours. These are kept for a few months to allow complete healing and osseointegration, after which the teeth are replaced with a definitive fixed prosthesis. The success rate of these techniques varies according to the area and bone situation but is approximately 90%.
